My life as a wife, mother and grandmother, working in public service, and as a social worker has exposed me to a variety of people dealing with many challenging issues. My desire is to leave a legacy of wisdom for others to have greater insight on how to navigate life by making proactive choices. When that happens there will be less stress to deal with.

 After publishing my book, Living on the Positive Side of "IF" and creating my podcast "IF" has Power" along with my FB group "Less Stress 2 Success" I have dedicated myself to bringing a positive message to people  around the world. Whether as an author, speaker, or podcaster, i  want  people  to  know  that  through  the  good, bad and the ugly there is hope for their situation.
